| 2Care offers a real and effective alternative for people with severe and enduring mental illness. Community based, flexible and phased, the service is designed to maximise the individual’s experience of success. The recognition and adoption of healthy lifestyle choices enables service users to exploit all possible options as they work towards greater independence. 2Care has five residential Projects in the UK providing a total of 114 beds for people who need a period of support, usually after in-patient care, to enable them to cope with the pressures of everyday life. 2Care offers a real and effective alternative for people with severe and enduring mental illness.
