| Access Made Easy exists to: Help service providers increase their bottom line by providing more responsive services that accommodate disabled users e.g. providing printed material in Braille or audiocassette Overcome fear and negativity associated with disability by providing a range of customer-led training interventions designed to raise awareness of disability, plan recruitment strategy, give advice on redeployment and understand the implications of the Disability Discrimination Act. Provide targeted assessments of employees in the workplace and students in education, to ensure that they are working or studying at their optimum level of efficiency, thus ensuring that disabled people can compete on an equal basis with their able-bodied counterparts |
