| Make Up Instruction The Glauca Rossi School of Make up is well established as a leader in the field of make-up instruction, producing high calibre students who have earned a reputation for innovation, creativity and technical skill. Aiming only for success - students are encouraged to treat their works as an expression of their individuality. In this way the make-up training is unique. To maintain high standards in make up training , the school provides a professional studio with individual workstations, allowing students to practice their skills with expert guidance. Glauca Rossi teaches all her students individually. Her class sizes are kept to a minimum (no more than 15 students), ensuring maximum attention on an individual basis. Intimate class sizes encourage support between students, a friendly environment and a good working rapport with both Glauca and guest tutors. Guest tutors are always ex-students of the school who have already had make-up instruction and bring to the courses a wealth of knowledge and experience. Their current work in the industry provides invaluable insights to the latest looks, as well as practical advice on how to get started as a make-up artist. We offer three courses in total: Two beginners courses, 8 or 12 weeks in duration and a 4 week advanced course. All courses include a photoshoot and beginners courses include full make-up kit. 8 -12 week beginners course We offer two comprehensive courses for beginners - the Eight Week Intensive and the Twelve Week Course. Either one of these courses will provide the prospective make-up artist with sufficient training for his/her chosen career. It should be stressed that both courses cover the same material and that it is entirely up to the student to decide which course to enrol on. You should base your decision on a realistic assessment of your situation - How quickly do you learn? How much time can you afford to spend training? And so on.
