| The founders of Abbey Extrusion, Robert Allen and Bryan Cowan have been working within the plastics industry for over 30 years, and thereby have gained an extensive knowledge of the industrial hose market. Over the years it became apparent that there is a large gap in the market for a quality manufacturer offering competitive pricing coupled with personal service and a first class delivery. It was with this in mind that Abbey Extrusions was formed. The company was founded in August 1985 and has rapidly developed to be regarded as an efficient and reliable manufacturer of quality tube and hose. To emphasise the high standard achieved within our product range, our quality control systems now comply to B.S 5750 Part 2 (1987) ISO 9002. Special Extrusions As well as our product range we are also able to produce extrusions in various materials for a wide variety of uses from a customers own drawings and designs. To accommodate the constantly changing requirements of our clients we operate a program of constant research and development, thereby improving our existing products and creating new opportunities to fit the market needs. |
