Design Our design team are able to create and develop new products using the latest computer design systems, working with designers and product specifiers from first concept to finished component to your exact requirements. The tool room is capable of producing prototypes through to full production tooling, but can also utilise your existing tooling. We also offer a small quantity batch service to customer drawings. Customer Service Allthread Plastics Limited has an excellent reputation for customer service and reliability. Most standard items are available from stock and can be delivered next day, with non-standard custom mouldings supplied manufactured to order on short lead times. Quality We run our quality assurance system to ISO 9002 standard giving our customers confidence in our products. Using only prime grades of materials, we can if necessary provide a certificate of conformity with traceability of production batches. |
